Street Connect's drop-in cafes are part of our initial engagement programme and are often a first point of contact for many of our service users.

Our drop-in cafes provide a safe space for people to get support for their current circumstances. We currently run cafes in 5 different locations around the UK, with 2 of these in Glasgow and 2 in the surrounding towns, and 1 in Deal, Kent on the south coast of England.

As well as providing a place to offer hope and opportunity of change, we also provide food and hot drinks, along with other practical support. The drop-ins are run by a committed team of staff and volunteers.

It’s a great place. Very sincere and loving staff, great Christian environment; not regimented with rules and regulations. A great place to feel loved and wanted. (Cafe user, Glasgow City Centre)
