We are thrilled to announce that Street Connect have made it to the final of a competition seeking to find ambitious church-based social action projects supporting local people with housing needs and building community! The competition is called the Cinnamon Project Lab and is run by The Cinnamon Network, who are an organisation that seeks to support and equip church initiated projects to reach their full potential.

The Cinnamon Project have a great understanding and knowledge of how the pandemic of Covid-19 - and the consequential restrictions of the pandemic - have had a disproportionately negative impact on people living in poor housing circumstances, and they want to change that by supporting church initiatives today.

After a competitive application process, we have been chosen as one of five finalists to pitch our initiatives to a panel of industry judges at the final on Monday 9th November. This Project Lab final will be an opportunity for us to showcase our work and show attendees the difference we could make with the funds and how it could allow us to connect with more churches and journey with more participants in their recovery.

And the best news about the event - you can join us! Follow the link below to sign up to the event and support our work as well as hear about other church initiated projects making a difference today!
